The CF Online Exercise Prescription is a powerful and interactive tool that provides fitness recommendations to CF Regular and Reserve Force personnel that have recently completed or will be completing their CF EXPRES evaluation. The Ottawa Boat & Sportsmen's Show would like to show their appreciation to the Canadian Forces Personnel, who proudly serve Canada by defending its values, interests and sovereignty at home and abroad.
The Ottawa Boat & Sportsmen's Show will offer Canadian Forces Personnel complimentary admission to the event on Saturday February 27, after 1400hrs.
To take advantage of this generous offer, you must present your Military Photo ID at the ticket booth and they will direct you from there.
